There's much talk about assault rifles...What is an assault rifle, or more properly said,
What is an assault weapon?
I venture to say, an assault weapon is anything used to assault someone. I know it's simplistic but assault, by definition is an act, not a thing, verb not a noun.
Why are politicians so anxious to control,
what they call, assault weapons?
I believe that Democrat politicians pander to their base,
the coastal democrats that have little understanding of weapons. They don't understand that a Browning BAR Safari rifle and an AR 15 function in the same manner.
Neither of these are AUTOMATIC weapons!
Can you see the difference between these two rifles?
They work in the exact same manner, They do the exact same thing,
BUT, the one on the right looks MEAN!

Lately, our President has been looking much older. His mannerisms, speech & gait clearly show that the years have caught up to him.
Why, as the leader of the Democratic Party, does he become so animated and angry with lawful gun owners while he, and his party, don't support our current laws, already on the books?
